The 'king of the cattle' has to be Kobe Beef which is available in 'the BAR & GRILL' - Smithfield as a fillet or burger. This style of beef is imported by ourselves from Japan from the wagu breed and quite frankly, this beef will blow your head off! It is the best you will ever taste.

'the Grill's' cattle are otherwise home-grown grass fed, hormone free beasts, sourced from farmers who use traditional husbandry methods allowing the animals to mature naturally under stress-free conditions up

to the age of 26-28 months. The beef is aged for 28 days to ensure tenderness and flavour. The daily ‘Grill Board’ offers a Butchers Block choice with such enhancements to grill dishes as 'Sops' and 'Rubs'.
