DEEP is owned and run by Kerstin and Christian Sandefeldt, previously behind the celebrated Aquarium in St Katherine’s Dock, one of London’s top seafood restaurants. Known for the freshness and ecological soundness of their fish, the Sandefeldt’s offer diners restrained yet inventive dishes at accessible prices: food of the water
to be enjoyed by the water.
Focusing on fresh seafood in a multitude of forms, DEEP’s menu offers seafood platters for two alongside whole roasted fish and quick meals to go. A selection of fifteen small dishes showcases less commonplace species of seafood and shellfish imported direct from Lake Vanerne in West Sweden.
