How much can I save ?
Over the course of the year you can literally save thousands. When using the card in restaurants you can expect to save around £20-£30. With other lifestyle companies it really depends on which offer and which company as they vary widely.
Is this a special Treat menu?
The menu is the same as all other customers chose from but some restaurants will stipulate that Treat Cards Holders can’t order from the specials menu just the A LA carte menu.
Surely there is small print and catches?
No there is no small print, no catches. Just choose your offer, book and then present your card when you ask for the bill. Some restaurants / lifestyle companies have some restrictions on dates or sittings and these are clearly shown next to every restaurant / lifestyle company listing.
How many offers can I try?
There's absolutely no limit to the number of times you can use your card. We have 100’s offers listed on www.treatcard.co.uk, including many entertainment and lifestyle special offers as well as hundreds of restaurants, bars and hotels. So go on, Treat yourself!
How do I find new offers?
We are constantly striving to give Treat Card Holders better and more varied deals. The Treat website changes regularly but you will also be told of new offers in our regular emailed newsletter.
Will the restaurants / lifestyle company accept my Treat Card?
In order for a restaurant or lifestyle company to be listed on the Treat scheme they must sign contract that guarantees they will honour all discounts offer to Treat Card. We employ mystery diners to make sure that Treat Cardholders are given the offer and service that they deserve.
Why do restaurants and lifestyle companies accept the Treat Card?
Every business has spare capacity at some point during the week. To get bums on seats they are more than happy to offer special offers for Treat Card Holders because they know that the Treat Card holder is typically a legend!
Is there a guarantee?
We believe that you will love having and using a Treat Card, so much so that we are prepared to put our money where are mouth is. If you are not completely happy return the card within 3 months and we will give you a complete refund, no questions asked. You can’t say fairer than that!
What do I get for my membership money?
You get a personalised card and membership to a club that can save you thousands of pounds for a year.
When will I get my card?
